Guidelines
Authors: Thank you for your interest in contributing! We welcome high-quality, actionable, and engaging content from industry professionals, practitioners, and writers. These guidelines outline our quality expectations, content standards, link policies, and submission workflow to ensure a seamless publishing experience.

1. What we Look For
We publish content that offers genuine value to our audience. Before pitching, ensure your topic meets the following criteria:
- Originality: We only accept 100% unique, original content that has not been published anywhere else online.
- Actionable Insights: Content should provide tactical takeaways, clear steps, frameworks, or real-world examples. Avoid broad generalities.
- Tone & Style: Professional yet approachable, clear, direct, and authoritative. Speak directly to the reader in an engaging, conversational voice.
- Target Word Count: Our articles typically range between 1,200 and 2,500 words, depending on topic depth.
2. Pitching & Article Approval Process
To respect your time and ours, please follow our standard four-step submission pipeline:
- Step 1: Pitch Submission Send 2–3 specific topic pitches along with proposed headlines, a brief 2-sentence summary per topic, target keyword ideas, and links to 2–3 of your previously published articles.
- Step 2: Outline Approval Once a topic is approved, submit a brief outline (main headings $H2$, subheadings $H3$, and key bullet points) before writing the full draft. This prevents major structural rewrites later.
- Step 3: Draft Submission & Editorial Review Submit your completed draft via Google Docs (with edit access). Our editorial team will review the piece for quality, SEO alignment, tone, and link adherence.
- Step 4: Revisions & Publication If minor edits are required, we may request a quick revision. Once finalized, we will schedule the post and notify you with the published live link.
3. Linking & Formatting Rules
Linking Policy
We maintain strict link hygiene to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and protect user trust:
| Link Type | Policy & Requirements |
|---|---|
| External Contextual Links | Allowed (up to 2–3 per post). Must link naturally to high-authority, non-competing educational or research sources. |
| Author Bio Link | You may include 1 link to your company website or personal portfolio in your author bio block. |
| Internal Links | Include 2–4 relevant links to existing articles on our website where applicable. |
| Prohibited Links | Strictly no affiliate links, direct promotional/sales page links, or low-quality/spammy domains. Promotional links will be removed or tagged rel="sponsored". |
Formatting Requirements
- Use standard heading hierarchy (<H2>for main sections, <H3> for sub-sections).
- Keep paragraphs concise (2–4 sentences max) for high online readability.
- Use bullet points, numbered lists, and bold text for key takeaways to enhance scanability.
4. Submission Checklist & Required Assets
When submitting your final draft, please provide the following deliverables:
- Google Doc Link: Shared with edit permissions.
- Author Bio: 50–80 words written in the third person.
- Author Headshot: High-resolution headshot image (JPG or PNG).
- Images/Visuals (Optional): Relevant original diagrams, screenshots, or charts with proper source attribution. Do not include royalty-free stock photos unless approved.
5. Content Integrity Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for content malpractice:
- AI Content: We value authentic human expertise. Fully AI-generated or unedited machine text will be rejected upon screening.
- Plagiarism: All submissions are run through plagiarism detection tools. Copied content results in immediate disqualification.
- Republishing: Articles published on our site cannot be republished on Medium, LinkedIn, or other websites later.
